BMW 420d came in for a quick service, I have to say, these are Def easier to work on than the old E46's. She already got a Stage 2 and downpipe a few months back, so a good checkup was done as well.

GD6 2.8 Manual came in for a stage 1 and he couldn't resist the Downpipe and Midpipe, so had to get one as well.😁
Messaged me last night still smiling after the drive home 😂

Disco 5.0l V8 came through for CAT delete, hardware ands software. Ooh these sounds nice.

Ramlan is busy with a mapped 200 series that's smoking. Well sort out the over fueling and he'll do an intake clean and EGR blank. Will send some pics when he's done..

Defender td5 with hybrid turbo and bigger intercooler.
The following results, first one is the defender with a chip.
We then removed the chip and mapped it,
Second dyno sheet is from base to mapped.
Small issues with deul delivery from a dirty fuel filter.
    72kw and 239Nm to 120kW and 363Nm.
    Happy with those results.

I see it reached top speed of 87km/h on the dyno, that is flippen fast for a Defender! Good job.

Gd6 in for the next step.
    BIGGER intercooler.
Easy fitment and good quality as we come to expect from Cirrus.

    Sooooo 🥺
We got this Ford ranger in
Black smoke, low on power, surging, you name it
Read the map, lots of fuel added, but why? Then it it should be pulling like a steam train, with the rolling coal to match.
Go through the usual suspects. Nothing

So checked the turbo, looks good. But. They fitted a bloody 3.2 turbo to a 2.2 Ranger. Now to do this is not difficult, but there are some changes that needs to be made, so this was not doen in err...

So new turbo ordered and being installed. Then we'll fix the Map before it brakes something else.

Again guy, know your tuner!! There are a lot of good tuners out there. But here are also a LOT of cowboys!!

Nice GD6 Fortuner in today for a stage 2 with gearbox map.
Really love how these come alive!

And we had a ranger return for a checkup and service.
This was mapped previously by a guy in Potch, smoking badly and no real power. It's got a hybrid and intercooler. Well, peak power does not mean usable power!
Good to see it's still running like clockwork!

I think you are hoodwinking us.
All these vehicles have the same numberplate.
If you need music in the bush or on the beach, you’re missing the point.

I'm curious which guy in Potch as I also had my Ranger tuned by a guy in Potch - EGT's were scary!!
No smoke though. Probe only fitted after the tune unfortunately...
Tuner refused to acknowledge what they'd done so got nowhere - they erroneously believed the 2.2 had an EGT probe from factory so the ECU would protect the engine!
Needless to say I got it remapped elsewhere but still not to my requirements.

You are welcome to send me an email to discuss. [email protected]

We have always stood for usable power instead of just chasing numbers. There is a big difference.

And yes, a hybrid does have a special tweak to make it work like it should and above all, not smoke.

Audi Q7 was in for an EGR blank and DPF removal. With a good stage 1 for some real good power.

We found a close to run through top radiator hose on this Disco 4 while doing an EGR blank.
Luckily was able to get one in record time and replace it!
The engine cover seems to have the culprit in this case.
