    Play play.
    Stage 1 + on the D-4d hilux
Only did an EGR delete on the Cruiser for Naude, will definitely look deeper into that aircon idle Control
GS Beemers all got a stage 1 drivibilty map.
Might revisit on the 2016 with some more refining as there was an ecu on there that I have not yet encountered on a GS.. Challenge accepted!!
The S1000RR got a little more oomph as Akropovic headers and exhaust system was already done with a performance filter.

The KTM already deliveries awesome power! Refined the delivery and response of that completely, bike now seems to have some bite with that bark. Attachment 680007Attachment 680008Attachment 680009Attachment 680010Click image for larger version.

Even I was very surprised by this Karoo S11 today.
These really really take well to a map.

Then what we can we say. If you still haven't mapped your Isuzu, you have no idea what you're missing out on.

Had a nice early start this morning with a 132kW Amarok! Cat delete pipe with software delete, egr and EGR cooler delete with software delete. And a stage 1 eco remap.

The the Toyota family came into play.
Prado 2.8 we did an awesome stage 2 here with some extra love on the gearbox.
A Fortuner 2.8, well, he asked for power for the dunes, so he got power for the dunes.
And then the workhorse 2.8 Hilux, Propper power for the highway, but as economical as possible. Click image for larger version.

What an interesting week so far.
Volvo with an egr and cat delete.
ECU out and pinned. Nice and easy remap.
Ford Ranger 3.2 manual. Stage 1 with all the deletes, extremely happy customer. Dropped from 9l/100 on his weekly trips to 7.5l/100

Then a Caddy diesel! Some work done by another workshop, now no start....
Some more work to do here. Thinking injectors washers and or maybe vacuum issues.

Then OMW a Kia Carnival. Car went for a service, and now no start.
This is turning out to be rather interesting, eve tually got it down to the 15A Injector fuse blowing everytime you turn on the ignition. Will look all little further tomorrow. But while we were there we sorted out the EGR and the CAT. Both in a really bad state.

Small service on the Caddy's injectors, sees this little 1.9 almost purring like a kitten.
Just got to now find the diesel leak that's waisting liquid gold all over the workshop floor after she started. Click image for larger version.

So this 1.9tdi caddy now starts like a a new one with the slightest touch of the key.
    Issues at hand.
Injectors washers and o rings were shot.
They replaced the high pressure fuel pump, that was leaking.
But even after that no start.
So we looked through the fuse box again, just maybe something will creep up. But alas also no.
So diagnostic again with a fully charged battery this time. Hmm egr error...
So okay. Blanked the pipe from the manifold to the intake. Did the software, only an EGR delete! And low and behold. Fires up and gives us a helloffa ball of smoke out the exhaust.
Happy me after tinkering for two days thinking the last thing could be the EGR....

When your Customers in Namibia tell their friends that while they are in SA for a few days, they absolutely have to visit Custom Tuning to have their Fortuner looked at.
Stage 2 for the dunes and towing, and a gearbox map to suite, EGR hardware and software delete, and someone already deleted the CAT... so need for that .
Power on the foot no matter what revs your working at. Love these 2.8 GD6's.....

Can you fix the lockup issues on the Hilux 6 speed AISIN box with a new map? Or does that require a dedicated lockup kit?

There is great improvement regarding this with our stage 1 and gearbox map yes.
You are actually the first to specifically ask about this on the Hilux. So oil ask around quickly and find out what the concensus on how much better it is is. I know the 200 cruiser guys are usually very surprised and happy that it actually locks up earlier and keeps it.

Drove all the way Yzerfontein this morning.
Had a Ford Fiesta 1.6 Tdci with an apparent blocked EGR. But now it doesn't start.
So got there and got to work, started cleaning everything I could find. Sensors, valve, these are tricky as you have strip a few items to get to everything. Did the software, egr delete but not the cat. As we're not removing that.
Still no start. Okay recheck diagnostic, all egr errors are now gone.
But now a different error regarding engine performance.

So let's get the battery on a bit of a boost, this could take a while...
After a few tries and making sure there is diesel in the pipes and all is working.
She starts with the biggest ball of smoke I have ever seen..
And pieces of soot everywhere, check the video below
    https://youtube.com/shorts/Pu6bH3mwld8?feature=share

So we decided, let's get this cat out of the software and put of the car.

Start first time everytime now. And I am sure there will be a tremendous improvement in power and Consumption!!

Posting on behalf of the owner as he is not on the forum:

"A BIG shout out to Andre and Claudette Benson from Custom Tuning for breathing a second life into our Ford Fiesta 1.6TDCi!!

Absolute oustanding service and support. We had to take the car in, but was not able to as it would not start! Well this was not a problem for them, as they came to us all the way in Yzerfontein to come and assist us.

We must say it was a struggle and a half, but they never gave up, and went more than the extra mile to help us get our car back to life again.

EGR Delete and Eco Remap was done, and the CAT is being removed within the week!

Without a doubt the best service we have gotten so far. Don't even hestitate to make use of their sevice!! They KNOW what they are doing!!

    Thanks again guys!!"
