This you can see from the torque curve on the graph. And the smile on his face after the rest drive.

Had the RRS at Silverton for a Remap. Car pulls very good. Nice increase in Midrange torque, together with the smaller supercharger pulley. Its actually a bit ridiculous how quickly 2.5 tons can get way, way over the speed limit.

Good afternoon Benson. Do you do KIA Sedona's. I have a 2007 2.9 auto and a 2013 2.2 auto. The 2007 had an engine overhaul and have done about 6000km nou. Cat was removed and EGR was blanked off. Smoke a bit. I am in Pretoria

Mike had his hands on this little Jimny with some O2 sensor issues, Read more here.
    https://www.4x4community.co.za/forum...50-Jimny-Issue

Now I am all for giving advice on a Forum, but people really need to be wary and do more research when taking advice. I have heard of CAT foolers failing within a month after fitment. and anyone who has ever met me will know, I absolutely hate anything that you have to plug in to manipulate readings. just one more thing that can and will fail.

and I have said to so many customers before, if your B2S1 sensor is giving, replace it, this is one is actaully important, B1S2, we can kill no probs!! as this only looks if your CAT is still doing its job.

happy customer, and yes, the stage 1 map even on this little 1300 engine makes a world of a difference on how it behaves.

Another batch of merc's in for fixing.
All three tuned by some auto clinic.

The G wagon was tuned with egr, DPF and Adblue delete, but ad blue was still giving issues.
Now, cometely off the system. And fixed a little on the fueling on the tune as well.

1st ML 350 cdi, ad blue, egr and dpf delete, was still regenerating and obviously smoking badly.
And getting Adblue errors. This was just a really bad delete solution so an easy fix.

2nd ML 350 tuned with egr, DPF and Adblue delete. Crazy smoke map and checksum errors on the file. Honestly!! Why even bother.
Fixed the smoke and did a better Adblue delete solution.

Isuzu 4JJ3 re remapped. Not sure who did the map, but the gearbox was terrible. Lots of power, but not smooth, just clunking away between gears.

Smoothed out the torque and did a lot of tweaking on the box.

Result is simple, a super smooth powerful drive!

Looking forward to the longterm feedback on this one.

What you do not want to see when taking off an egr pipe on a triton 3.2
Bakkie went into limp mode with a EGR fault.

If auto, a major difference on the gearbox!
