    Nice Lexus in today
    LX570
    Stage 1 with some tweaks.
25kW and 50Nm on this beast is not too bad.
Immediate response from the client. The car sounds quieter, the response is Def better. And the lag on pull away is gone! Click image for larger version.

Took my Everest to the new branch in Vredenburg. André did his magic - a stage1 remap. The result a Harry Potter magic wand touch🥹. One ‘very’ responsive Everest and a gearbox as smooth as butter! Well worth the money spent. Thank you team!

We have a lekka busy day.
Tzaneen had a monster 535i in for a stage 2 and she got a whopper 50kW and 140Nm remap.

Disco 2 Td5 a stage 1 and as he put it, it came in a donkey and left a stallion.

And what would a day be without a Hilux 2.4 auto..

Bennie had fun with a P-Series full Stainless Steel exhaust and EGR blank with a remap of note. 30kW and 120Nm, make no mistake, this one serious upgrade.

And West Coast has kicked off with the before mentioned Everest, stage 1 towing with response and gearbix to match.

An Audi 1.9tdi, stage 1 eco map and at 358000 it is definitely time to get rid of the CAT restricting the exhaust flow.

The we had a Transporter in, this was mapped and then the owner had them take it back to Original as it was smoking like aunt Stinnie when Bruce was coming home late.
We did a beautiful smokeless stage 1, leaving dust (not smoke) in the completion's eyes.

Volvo T4 in for CAT delete, hardware and software.
    Easy bench update.

Also busy trouble shooting a sprinter with fuel pressure issues..

And these Merc's are keeping us busy with Adblue, DPF and EGR deletes.

Some exciting new for Ford ranger / Raptor owners.

We can activate some awesome features on the new Rangers..
Like sport mode and setting TPMS and well, many many more.

Sport mode enhances throttle response for a more dynamic driving experience, resulting in quicker acceleration. Additionally, it injects more fuel into the engine to boost power output. The suspension tightens, and the steering becomes more responsive, providing improved feedback and control.

Had an Isuzu MUX in Vereeniging this morning.
Mapped by one of our competitors, now I am not one to dias someone else's work. But this map was testiment on how good Isuzu's engine are. How this was not smoking is beyond my comprehension.
The fueling was causing high EGT's and though the figures look good, was really not making 'good' reliable power. They also removed a very critical safety limiter.

We spent about 20min looking through everything to see if we can fix, and then decided to just toss it and start from an Original file.

Did a second rivision. To make 100% sure everything was back in place. And it actually ended up being more powerful and as we don't map for smoke, no smoke at full blast.

Feedback from the client. Better response, smoother drive, and considerably lower EGT's

I had a Nissan NV minibus.
Customer only had one urgent request.
    Please remove the 100km/h speedlimter.

So did a nice Stage 1 with vmax on it, now this 2.2 petrol can actaully take on the road comfortable, and this engineering company can transport their staff from CT to JHB just that little quicker.

Awesome 2.4 Hilux in for a stage 1 and gearbox map with an EGR blank.
result is simple. Better response, more drivable Bakkie with smooth gearshifts. no more hunting for gears while going over bumps and even kess hunting at cruising speeds.

Have you done work on the Hiace 2.5 diesel? Interested in both limiter removal and possibly a mild tune to help with towing

Yes. We've done a few of them.
I would highly suggest egr blank as well.

Yes exhaust left standard. Just blanked the EGR. This one with the same software version we did previously. Click image for larger version.

Another bad map fixed on a MUX

One more of a very renowned tuner, how this MUax has not yet blown an injector out the block, is again testament of the engineering of these engines.

the rail pressures were out of the park, not to mention again the boost pressure.

Was smoking, erratic throttle and smoking like a chimney

    Our approach
Smooth out his gearbox, bring everything back to safety and sort out the sporadic throttle.

Result, the MUX feels stronger through the gears, and drives considerably better, and NO SMOKEClick image for larger version.

Out of interest, is "Sport Mode" something that's coded into the car at the factory, but our region is locked out of it? Or is it something that you install into the vehicles?

Would have been interesting seeing the two dyno graphs overlaid against each other and at the same time the AFR and boost graphs as well

I'm more interested in useable power than straight out peak power
