There are many opinions regarding the blanking of an EGR valve, from our experience when looking at engine performance and engine reliability, the the Pro's out way the Cons considerably

Mannnn the amount of oil and gunk build up on those pipe are crazy.

Had this girl in this week.car was in limp with door errors.
on the DPF! Customer asked that we do not remove the ad blue or the dpf. So we ran a regen on her on standstill and while driving.
Soot content went from 12g to 2g.
Bus was mainly used in and around town, so regen never had a chance to get to work.
This one was a lucky one and we could still save it, but simpler long term suction would be to delete the DPF, EGR and ad blue that causes the issue in the first place.

5.0l Mustang has it's trianing wheels removed, I do not want this monsters tyre bill :-)
3.8 Jeep Wrangler, man what a difference to the response on this beast.
2.5 Isuzu, this girl just needed some extra legs
3.0 Isuzu, well if the little sister gets to be tuned, so does she :-)
2.5 TD5 defender, this was really badly tuned and just needed some propper love, and a catch can.!!!
and then the most fun we had this week, a gorgeous 1290 KTM, man this thing goes like a bullet now!!!

And then a brand spanking new Navara 2.5. Now this is an absoluut must for these.
And a monster Disco 3

Awesome news, on the disco and Navara, I only need the ecu to do the work on.
So for the customers that are few miles away! Get 8n contact.

Had a Discovery 4 XS in today.
Car wouldn't get to 140, heavy on fuel and lazy.
Well...... EGR Def not good and CAT needs to go.
And did a mild stage 1 just to get her knickers up so she can run!!

Sadly his Rok is an example of people doing things without knowing how the full system operates.
we had two problem bolts on his Rok, one a rounded head and one crossthread and basically seized in place.
quickly turns a 2 hour job right on it's head. we made some decisions and I am sure he revisit the said bolt in the near future.
but the Cooler is now properly bypassed and removed, the EGR's are blocked on both sides of the engine, CAT is now a straight through and all software was updated with a little extra just because we can.
