I know that I need to I need do some changes like the plugs, some changes to the gas system and a chain on the tow hitch.
Does anyone know of anything else or can give me a couple of tips, or things that I can do here or need to take with me?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

A lot depends on the "inspector". Done a couple with my brother.
They do not like our couplers, gas cylinders and freak out when they see gas cylinders next to batteries. Tyres must be "e" rated IIRC. Aircon must have "gas cerificate".
Oh yes and must state / certify what gas the fridge / freezer is filled with.
