Rooiklippies camping Kleinzee

Has anyone camped recently at Rooiklippies off grid campsite? Is it safe? Looking at a few nights in December. How bad will the wind be? Are there any sheltered sites?

Hasn't camped there recently, but visited the area during September 2021.

It is save to camp at Rooiklippies. The area is fenced of and entrance is through a locked gate.

No sheltered sites and unfortunately December along the West Coast is known by us old Namaqualanders as high season for cold strong southerly winds.

But then strong southerly/southeasterly winds is commonplace throughout the West Coast all year round.

Thanks have booked for 6 nights. Will definitely be taking the storm straps!
