Hi,
I have a NL green box (25A) unit and I want to replace the Enertec 105Ah deep cycle with a Lithium-Ion battery.
What is the largest Lithium battery currently available that will fit in this unit?
According to the spec sheet:
- Max battery size : 325mm x 180mm x 280mm (L x W x H)
So this eliminates the Blue Nova BN13V-108-1.4k Lithium batteries, as their dimensions are 330 x 175 x 195mm (W x D x H) and 330 x 173 x 220mm (W x D x H) respectively for the BT enabled vs non BT enabled.....they seem to be 5mm too long/wide.
This leaves the Blue Nova BN13V-82-1k with dimensions 260 x 169 x 227mm (W x D x H).
I am not well versed in all things camping power, so my question to the experts:
With my current Enertec 105aH battery in the green box and a 240W foldable solar panel, would I be wasting my money on a Blue Nova BN13V-82-1k Lithium Ion battery? Are there larger capacity Lithium batteries that can fit in the NL Green Box?
I use the box to power my 65L Snowmaster fridge, off grid for 4-5 days at a time.
Many thanks for any input.
