@JK1, Do you have a lift/spacer kit fitted?
If so what amount of lift?
And if so, was the alignment and castor and camber adjusted after the lift.
And do not assume that if you have taken the vehicle for wheel alignment that they adjust castor and camber.. They do not, they only do alignment, unless you specifically ask

What model hilux is it?
Worn control arm bushes will cause the same issue..

My Brother in law & I bought our Legend50's at the same time, his original dunlops were dead 30k in, mine I swapped at 40k because I wanted proper AT's. I still have them in the office garage, I estimate they about 60-70% tread left.
His wore out the exact same way, and it was a combination of too low pressure & lots of town driving( stop start & turning) I done way more open road driving so mine lasted longer.

My vehicle is a 2020 model with 28K km.
Yes it has a spacer to lift the nose so the vehicle runs level. Must find out by how much it was lifted. Bought it as a demo model with 10K km.
I am still looking for the printout after the "alignment was checked".
Looking at all the comments I suspect my pressure was too low ( ran my Michelin M&S at 1.9 bar on the Colt) at 2 Bar.
To me the sidewall looked ok and not too much of a bulge.
The other thing was that I perhaps should have swapped the wheels every 5K?
The suspension is firm and the wheels never pulled to one side not that it has something to do with the problem.
Thanks for all the input. It is much appreciated.
Currently on 28K km. I see it was done on 23 785.
Most travel was in town. Did one trip to Durban, one trip to Zeerust and one trip ( with caravan) to Swadini.![]()
