Generally reputable tuners will be able to do a gearbox flash as well as the engine flash.

I just wonder what it is?

The ZF box is so smooth and intuitive that I don't know what needs improving.

How long did it last before the engine go into regen again? Or do you have to use Liqui Molly permanently?

it has never done it again even after 50 000kms later with no errors or warnings

For one, they removed the torque limit that was present in reverse on my BiTDI Amarok.
