I have a wild aluminum and very happy. Something to consider is the wind and some others have single sealed hinge which is nice when it rains and you open the door, no water pours into the canopy

Cape Town is no match for Bushtech. They even deliver to the UK, US and Aus.

I am taking delivery of my Hilux in a week or so and having looked around i think i like the Evo SmartCap canopy. Anyone have any experience with them? Also would appreciate if there are places with good pricing, cheapest quote i got was at 41k and most expensive at 52k.

There is a couple of good canopies available in Cape Town. I fitted a RSI Smart Cap as it ticked all my boxes, and the lines compliment that of my vehicle.

I had a Stanium canopy on my previous vehicle and it was fantastic, till I damaged the door only to find out that the business shut down and the owner emigrated. It was a battle to find someone that could match up the doors perfectly.

RSI makes 3 canopies that will fit on most of our bakkies - the Evo Sport, Evo Adventure and the Evo Commercial. Does anyone know what the difference are?

GoMad are good, they have a decent price at the moment. Running Special around the R22-R25k IIRC
    Go on the FB page.

RSI's are some of the prettiest and best fitting to vehicle curves. Eish the price.

So the frame is the same, the difference is only in whether the gull-wing doors are glass, double-skin metal, or just metal, and whether the cab-side window can open?

I can definitely recommend Ground Zero, based in Wadeville. Have mine for just under 2 years now, really happy with it. They do great modular accessories too.

Edit - Sorry, did not see it is for WC, but I'm sure they can send to you and have an agent there to fit it. Give them a call.

Yip thats about the long and short of it. I elected to get the Evo-C as you can order it with a safety mesh and molle panels on the doors works brilliant for my purposes and the lines of the canopy compliment the lines of the vehicle.

Ja, that's what I'll probably end up doing once I've made up my mind on who to go with.
