Default Pajero Sport - Guide me on rubber bushings

Car sitting at around 230,000 km. At that km, I assume some of the suspension bushings need replacing. Some of them (the ones I can see easily) seem cracked and thin.
Now the question is, where to get these bushings? Dealers only? Do they have part numbers etc.?
One of the tire shops that I went to, they said they could do it and showed me some of the rubber bushings lying around here and there that looked like the ones needed! I was concerned, you put anything that's rubber and look similar?
    Advise me on this please.

If its control arm bushings then you can only get the complete arms from the dealer. I put in poly bushes and they supposed to last much longer than the rubber but because they harder they can make the ride a bit firmer and also make a creaking noise for quite a while as they wear in.

In Pretoria I used Syd's Suspension Parts for the Pajero. So far so good.

I had the same done to mine and the creaking noise drove me up the walls initially. I was convinced someone buggered something up. That was around 3000km ago, and now I'm noticing the creaking less and less.

Jacques from Mitsu Care replaced some bushes on my PS (8 off - rear) with nylon bushes. Cost was R16.58 each. He did it at the same time while installing air lifters in lieu of my disintegrating bump stops.

I have the exact same ones, fitted by Mitsi Tech Alberton. Happy, it was about 50k km ago

I got 8 yellow stabiliser link rubbers from Winners Auto spares in Table View for R65. No one else could help me in the area.

Installed them en walla! The clunking sound is gone. Im so happy. Now still have to find out what affect it will have on body roll.
