    Question Nissan X-Trail Help unlock

My son's Nissan X-Trail 2013 will not unlock with Remote. Changed battery in remote. No result. Suspect car battery dead. Door lock damaged as someone tried to break in .
So cannot unlock the door with manual key to get into the car to check battery.
Does someone know how to open the car? Without breaking a window of course?
And yes thought about going to find a car thief too.
There are no other visible keys anywhere.

    Default Nissan X-Trail Help unlock

I don’t know the x trail but a possible solution if battery is dead. Climb under car and if you can see positive lead on starter connect a jump lead there probably have to put a smaller wire onto the crocodile clip to get in without a short. Obviously the negative could go anywhere on a bolt or accessible place somewhere.

Thank you for your suggestion. Had to get a locksmith in the end.
