There will not be another group that will do what we did in the near future (I hope to be wrong)

I did not plan to make a video of the groups arrival, but the route they took into the farm was scenic enough and Kevin got great drone footage so I made one anyway.

On Day 1 the group did A trail on their own as I had some work to complete, then I Joined them for the attempt on F trail.

Getting to the top on F trail

F trail was one of the trails I had to skip portions of. Just too much for the H9. Very difficult for recoveries, no bypass routes.

As a spectator to the last obstacles, in my opinion this was a proper test of a 4x4 and driver capability and couldn't be done without both.

I do think that you could have completed F trail with the Haval, the main problems would be aproach angles on 2 or 3 places and we would have had to use the tracks. The places where the Landy had trouble would have been easier for you with your locker and TC.

I think if we did F trail after B and C trails you would have tried it.

It is not just for the benefit of those that were there. I for one have been living your adventure vicariously through the videos and I am sure there are many more.

There is no time for video in C-Trail... Zero

Having driven a bit with Jors on one of the trails (cannot remember the number) this has to be one of the most unique trails in the country. It really offers a lot (not even taking about the scenery).

That area is a fantastic place, you can only do this, don't even have to do the Richtersveld track.

Keep it up Jors! Well done to the group of guys that went out to drive this. It is far, but I believe the reward was worth it.

What was the best about the group was the fact that they were taking on all the trails, that is a big ask even in the 4 days set aside for it. And they were the first to attempt it.
