Eish...

My punt is eintlik, geniet jou lewe van vroeg af, binne perke natuurlik.

My advice is actually non gender specific if one ignores the body parts mentioned. The point is that a mooi Dom poppie becomes an ugly dom tannie. And a Dom hunk boyfriend get a boep but stays Dom and drinks more brannas.

Ek stem saam.

    3) Be careful who you marry. It's a long term arrangement and boobs and butts sag, so make sure you like the person not just her body. Otherwise get used to divorce settlement losses - still happily single
    4) Get a hobby that can make you money when you're retired. - Like Brewing Beer? Good advice
    5) Don't get stuck on the corporate ladder: unless you are educated and connected enough to climb very fast, there is always somebody that will try knock you off, rather build your own business - I dont have a ladder
    6) You're never too young for a financial advisor
Last one: 7) Life/God/The Universe sends you distinct forks in your life road: have the sense and maturity to take the correct fork

I think Jakes is a far nicer guy in the flesh than he makes himself out to be on this Forum.

Stuff is temporary, experiences are forever.

Stop wasting weekends on the couch.

Find some kind of physical challenge that makes you have to face an element of fear and suffering.
