Default How to prevent fridge wire getting caught on slide.

My 220v wire lies behind my fridge slide.
If I pull fridge out wire comes with me it, but when I push my fridge back at a certain point the wire gets caught between slider and floor.
Without installing a drag chain any ideas on how to solve it.

If you can't use drag chain, use a bungy cord which pulls it out of the way as you close the slide.

If you get small square tubing make a zigzag arrangement with hinges that will guide cable when you pull out or push in. Will save cable from damage.

Why would you not consider a drag chain? A 1 meter length is less than R100 at Micro Robotics in Techno Park, Stellenbosch (not far from you).

Somebody is going to ask the question, so I may as well. Why do you have a 220V connection to a fridge on a slide.

My fridge can select when I am on 220v or 12v so I keep both plugged in and fridge will know.
