    Default Jimny Bakkie

    Thought i would share
Local farmer bought a new jimny and had it converted into a bakkie. Interesting idea.Well it will be the most capable small pickup out thereI was under the impression they were just going to chop the back half of the roof. Not build a whole new tray

Then you don't have to put your case of beer inside the cabin.

I think it can work. We have an old Vitara on the farm. One of those barbie toy ones with the removable roof and all. It is really handy if you need to move a lucerne bale, or a sheep, or something else that doesn't fit onto a bike.
It is now only driven by the farm workers and it just keeps going.

    Thanks Kurt
Ja not quite what i also envisioned when i heard of the project.Apparently he has a specific use for the idea, whatever it may be.But to spend 360k on a new car and then probably 100k+ to make it into a bakkie you could just as weoll have bought a 450k single cab..
