It is most probably an Embassy run. Anything the US Embassy needs in bulk, or needs to return. Also for Diplomatic pouches they don't trust to send via normal airline.

They are frequent visitors to Lanseria.

... Sat night at about 7 saw a steady
bright light moving uniformly due East,
no flicking lights , no noise.
Thought at first a satellite but moved
too fast yet too slow and persistent
for shooting star. Wrong trajectory for Space Station.
Concluded/guessed a very high altitude jet
at high speed.

Monday morning over Krugersdorp. Very high level planes with no info, not showing. About 1.30 , 2.30 and about 3 am ?

Here for a supply run to the Embassy in Pretoria. C17 Globemaster one of the best transporters out there. Makes a lot of sense if the Worlds most powerful air-force uses it to do mass supply runs to its Foreign Services
