    Default Compressor use

    Hi
I recently bought a 160l/min compressor and the maximum amperage draw is 45A. I don't have an aux battery. Do you need to keep the vehicle idling whilst re-inflating the tyres after having it deflated for uneven terrain or will a starting battery be ok to use while the vehicle is off?

You don't need to, but if you have a battery monitor on, you will see it pulls the battery way down. So let the car idle.

Will pump tyres faster as well with engine running as volts don't drop.
