Since no one has mentioned an Amarok or Pajero yet and it gets dragged in everywhere.

Kimberley is 800km from everywhere. It's also 800km from Pretoria. And 800km from the Cape. Does that make it in the 'middle'?

Barberton is a +10 million oz gold deposit formed by hydrothermal fluid that formed at a depth of 15km in the Earth's crust.
Here is the fun fact: the volume of fluid generated for this deposit to form, from metamorphosing mafic lava, is comparable to the volume of water in Sydney harbour.Click image for larger version.

An electron does not have a "size". Despite all experiments conducted with the most sophisticated equipment, the size always comes up as Zero.

Now this is a problem, because the electron definitely has mass, and we can measure it. If it has no size, but it has mass, then its density would be infinite. Since this is not possible, scientists use an estimated size for electrons to overcome this problem!!!

a more accurate explanation would be to say that according to our current understanding of quantum physics an electron is considered a point particle i.e. has no volume, and in some circumstances it can even act as a wave.

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double-slit_experiment

Part of the problem is that we still still do not really understand how mass and gravity works at a quantum level

"Those who are not shocked when they first come across quantum theory cannot possibly have understood it."
    Niels Bohr

Another mind bender is that a photon has energy, is both a particle and a wave but has zero mass

That's why I love science. How many other things in life can charm, surprise and engage your brain to such a stimulating extent?

You work in an environment where you are formulating new ideas. You have no idea if its right or wrong as nobody has done it before. Nobody can validate it. But then time passes and it either becomes part of the body of knowledge or disappears into the sunset as a fun but wrong sidebar.

    (Sorry OP)

Who build the first double cab bakkie?

    No it wasn't a Hilux Legend 1.

The 1953 Datsun 6417 is the earliest example .

Since the Datsun 6417 never crossed the borders of Japan, which double cab bakkie was first sold internationally?

An International obviously. 1957 International Harvester Travelette.

I made the bit about "sold internationally" up but it does represent the modern day DC better.
