I also find it too runny for me. That's why I mix them. Two well chosen friends can add up to a very delicious bite.

In the spirit of this thread, I enjoyed two slices of toast containing Avo, Onion, Tomata & a healthy dose of Yum-Yum sugar-free PNB yesterday. Was nice, but could have done with more PNB.

So today I went to Foodlovers and splurged out a a jar of OhMega Crunchy PNB with nearly a cm of oily gunk on top. The label states it should be refrigerated after opening, but this is against my natural instincts with PNB, which tends to turn into concrete if refrigerated.

To prevent the solids sinking, leaving a layer of oil on top, simply store it upside down.
Turn it over every second time you use it.

    PS
I am a peanut butter junky.
Any good cheap brand, but usually Black Cat or Tokoman.

As child we had it with golden syrup or smooth apricot jam on top.
Even a sprinkling of sugar makes for a special treat.
    Nowadays, no can do!

Yum-Yum sugar-free is my brand. Only when you have tried it do you realise how much sugar is being injeced into the usual sweet peanut butter. Not good for your health.
And Yum sugar free has no added salt.

Incidentally saw peanut butter on the shelf this week. Took a look, thinking about this thread, and saw Simple Truth brand peanut butter for just-just over the price of the cheapest homebrand stuff from Checkers (which is horrible, by the way). Got home, opened it up and a THICK layer of oil greeted me. Took a knife and mixed it in, and had a taste. Just plain peanuts. No sugar, no salt, no nothing. Just peanuts. And it's awesome.

By the way, a fat tablespoon of peanut butter, some golden syrup and a good dash of cinnamon on regular Jungle Oats (cooked) makes for an amazing breakfast. SUPER tasty.

True story on that jungle oats. My difference is honey instead of golden syrup and also a good chunk of butter
