    Default Cordless Drill (which one)

    Good Day all...
I am in the market for a cordless drill, BUT,
Not sure which one (strength & power) will be best suitable.
My standard wired/electric/corded drill is nearing the end.
Will only be used for DYI work/repairs in/around house.
I am not a technician of any sort...so don't need a drill that needs to go through 20mm steel bar...

My requirements were roughly the same.

I have a Black & Decker Multievo. Has worked flawlessly for over 2 years. I chose this one because you can buy different front parts.

I bought the drill part for it (so that I can get the hammer function) and also the figure saw bit. This for me makes it a great multi type tool. You get a lot of different front parts that would suite your need.

I bought a Bosch Professional 18V drill four years ago, comes with charger, 3 batteries and a drill set. Never had a days problem. I see now they advertise the set with only two batteries.

    In my opinion;

I have the the Makita now for 10 years.
only replaced the batteries. (still the 14 V model)
the New 18 V ones looks great.

I also follow this channel on YouTube.

I use Ryobi for DIY. 18V is much better than the 12V.
    Stronger and battery is better.
My previous 12V kept on giving battery problems.

    Cool stuff.....
    Thanks all for the feedback....
I think I might go for the Black & Decker option (OR if any other make/brand has the "multi tool" options)
    Need a jigsaw as well..

    If Makita also has this...
    Black and Decker = Multievo

What would the product name be for Makita?
