Default West coast mining - raping the beach?

Mining has been happening along the west coast for years, but it now appears that the coast is being raped.

It is sad, you just go put a wheel on the beach and ZAP, you get a fine. Yet, get a permit, and you can dig and destroy with impunity, and the minister who gave the permit us long gone into the sunset. African greed at it's best.

my favourite camping area. Was there in Oct 2020 last time and the destruction is clear. Next time will take action, for sure.

State sponsored environmental destruction. We have the same thing with the Xolobeni community on the Wild Coast which has pushed back against an Australian consortium pillaging South Africa because they're not allowed to do it at home. Gwede Mantashe right in the middle of it, he's obviously already taken the money. Activist by the name of Sikhosiphi Bazooka Rhadebe was murdered.

Similar thing up north next to Hluhluwe -Imfolosi with coal mining, the activist there was named Fikile Ntshangase, protesting against Tendele Mining.

Environmental terrorists, the whole lot of them. Richard Spoor has taken up the case and even he was arrested for standing up to Gwede.
