If it is classified as a quadricycle, what license would you need to operate?

The Bajaj Qute is actually classified as a quadracycle in India. So it is not really seen as a car, but rather competes against the Tuktuks even though it resembles a car and has four wheels. Also, as far as I can remember, it only has a 200cc engine.

Have a look at this review. I watched this long ago and found it to be an accurate real life review.

Won't be a factor. In Cape Town it will take exactly three hours after purchase for it to be 'dropped' and within two months the top speed will be 105kmph...

They say the CNG engine gives up to 45kmpl, don't know how affordable it is, so don't know if that will factor into whether it will be available here...
