    Default Transom Replacement in Pretoria

We've come into possession of an old Z-craft Invader and I've been tinkering away fixing and updating (mostly cleaning) as we go along.

I've asked on the marine or boating related forums, but all seem to have died or are busy dying a slow death.... so maybe there is someone here with some knowledge on hoe to go about fixing or replacing the issues I come across..

I've found a leak in the transom (where the motors bolt through) and I suspect the transom is vrot.

Does anyone know of a reputable boat shop in Pretoria where I can take it o to get the job done right the 1st time,
or would you say it is easy enough to DIY.

I've been reading up on the various options (Coosa vs. Ply etc.) and the jury seems undecided on what the better option is.

Also found Some interesting stuff available in other countries...(USA Mainly)

Does anyone have experience or knowledge of this type of product available locally?

    Any advice would be appreciated.
