Default Why are my tweeters tweeting in my FL2

The little speakers, or tweeters located at the top of the door panel are tweeting......it sounds like a "tick tick, tick....." one every second. I only hear it when the radio is on, and only if the volume is very low.
Anyone evee had this problem before? I presume the little speaker is toast and needs replacement.
And secondly, how do I remove the cover or pannel to get to it. it seems to be connected to the plastic frame that goes around the window?

This is normally caused by bad wiring, not the tweeters but the radio as a whole.

As above, bad wiring. But it could also be the insulation of the wire was either poorly done or has worn through. This normally manifests itself with a high pitch zing and increases with acceleration. But I have seen it where it caused a similar ticking noise but also high pitch. So may be worth to check out if you are going to look at all the wiring.

Negative, the power to the radio itself.
