What is the condition of its WMTCEHB? White metal transfer case extension housing bush. AKA the mygoggie bush.

Hey everyone.
I'm looking for some honest advice on the sale of my baby please. I'm a B.Sc Master's (Zoology) student, so looking to get as much as possible out of the sale (without wanting to rip anyone off, obviously) to go towards a replacement vehicle for fieldwork and general outdoor lifestyle (I'm the kind of student who leaves to go birding or fishing at 4am when my mates are stumbling back home from the pub). I have owned her since 2013, when I purchased her with 140k on the clock.
Will post a list of details below, hopefully to be followed up by an ad in the classifieds section relatively soon. I will include a couple of images too. For now, I'm just keen to gauge what people think would be a reasonable ask for the car. So here goes. Thanks in advance. Feel free to contact me with an offer if you're interested. I hope this post does not go against regulations...

1998 Mitsubishi Pajero gen 2 SWB
2.8 Diesel – 226 250km
Low mileage full engine replacement in November 2016 at 200k, full subsequent service history available.
Battery replaced late 2020. Tyres replaced late 2019 (less than 1000km on them thanks to lockdown).
Minor aesthetic imperfections – Roof trim plastic perishing, rear seat covering splitting, minor hail pockmarks on the bonnet, wiper bodies rusted.
In need of minor work – Suspension boots worn and steering rack needs work, quoted at R2.5k. Minor oil leak due to worn seal, simple replacement with next clutch job.
Reason for selling – Smaller vehicle no longer suits my work requirements and need to upsize.

Just joking with you. Search for the thread where mygoggie documented his journey on casting his own white metal bush for his Pajero. Highly highly interesting.
