Hello everyone, in June my girlfriend and I will be travelling through Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe. We are both vaccinated with 2 doses, have an European covid green pass that lasts until July. However, in my case in June it will be 11 months since my second dose. My question is: will this be considered as "vaccinated" or will they at the borders look strictly at when I got my second dose and cause me problems? As I said, the pass is valid both in my country and EU. Do they actually scan the QR codes at the border? Or do we need a booster dose?
Hi all,
While I'm fully expecting Twee Rivieren border post to be open by October, with fully vaccinated traveller's no longer needing a PCR test, can we now enter Botswana at Lobatse and exit at Twee Rivieren or do we still have to enter and exit at TR?

Amateurs practice until they get it right.
Professionals practice until they cannot get it wrong.<O</O
Politicians should have two Terms - one in office and the other in prison. Ours did it the other way round

Hello everyone...is Bots still requiring a PCR test for those that are unvaxxed? If so any hints of that changing in the next several months?
No more testing or vac certificates required

Thanks for the timely response. Is there an official letter stating this? I know I saw a Bots Govt letter from earlier in the year where things had loosened up a little, but it still mentioned testing for unvaxxed. This would be fantastic as this is the only thing holding us back from visiting in November.
