Frontrunner attitude/customer care???

They also asked me for pictures of the rack I want to use. I have a DIY rack and didn't bother sending the pictures just to hear that they will not supply it. Not a great attitude from their side.

Possible work around is to get rack photos from gumtree or the forum to send to them if they want to be difficult.

Sure. But let's say you sell your Isuzu and keep the FR rack. You buy a Toyota and want feet so you can fit your FR rack to your Toyota. They won't do it.

The result is a company that I wouldn't support because it's clear they don't see me as a long term customer, but rather a cash cow.

I know from some of my friends who have switched vehicles that Front Runner accommodated the rack onto the new vehicle as long as the tray size was compatible with the new vehicle.
