Hi Tim. Please keep up the good work. I enjoyed your videos quite a lot and watched the whole Lost in Kruger series in one go.

On a side note. Not crit, but just take note of dust specs on the lens/sensor of your main video camera. I noticed them during some scenes.

Thank you! There's a new episode for you now as well. And it is all shot on my new camera, so hopefully no more lens specs!

Dust in very many of our nature areas is a real problem especially with electronics, cameras and many other things !
Part of the experience I guess.
I have tried unsuccessfully over the years to dust proof my vehicle but ... Nothing is foolproof.

    Tim,
Your videos as edited are amazingly good and I do appreciate the amount of work off camera and many hours editing etc.
You have the right background (experience) for this.
I wish that I had at the time(s) the equipment and skills to to record our experiences along the way.

I am following keenly and recommending and passing on the links to your U Tube series to non-forum members and family who are also aware of our own travels in the past.

What I particularly like (and what sets your series apart from others) is your natural commentary and non-commercialized presentation as well as a little side info. on the animals etc.
Regarding this aspect I will PM you details of a book that I can highly recommend regarding animal habits etc. etc. - very comprehensive and specific to African mammals which may assist you.
You may well need the author's consent to use content though ...

    One point to consider:
In your videos the registration numbers of vehicles are frequently visible, including those of third parties.
    Some folk object to this.
    Just saying.
There are ways, of which I am sure you would be aware, to blur out these details.
Personally I would not mind, but some folk do.

Awesome work, watched all your videos. Planning our trip to northern part of Kruger based on your, Edward Bath and Juba's Journey clips.
Stopped visiting Kruger due to "commercial" south and have spent last 7 years only visiting Kgalagadi(fantastic). But your clips have inspired me to explore north.

    Thanks

I sympathise entirely with this, but there are some perks to the commercial south, some of the best game viewing on the planet! Or we just got incredibly lucky. But ya I love the north of the park, and it is practically empty in comparison!

Would love to spend some extended time in Kgalagadi, I have only been once for a week!
