    Swambo birthday prep done. Still deciding what to do with the saltwater animals but in the mean got a sourdough focaccia fermenting in the fridge since last yesterday and now proofing and starting to show some bubbles. Click image for larger version.

    It are time style mussel and oysters with garlic butter mop as a starter.
    Mussel and oyster chowder with some sourdough focaccia.
    And a slightly bloody steak for dessert.

    Last night's plus the weeks leftovers become today's main attraction.
    Steak sliced minora blade thin quesidillas.
    One with onion, coriander and rosemary oil.
    Another with humus, sweet chilli and onion
