I removed the meat when it reached an internal temp of 45C and allowed to cool a bit.
Center grid on and sear that T-bone
Let the meat rest and place the Kung-Fu pan on the heat for some stir-fry
The butternut goes onto the jar with a 1000 knives that only works when it’s tail touches the wall.

Reverse seared steak on a roasted chili butternut purée with stir-fried noodles & veggies

Last night's catch (well, at least one of them, the rest are stashed away) becomes supper.
Elf and spaghetti
First prepare some garlic, parsley and chilli oil

Add some flaaid mushrooms


Add too much spaghetti for the size of the pan


Add a handful of parmesan


Toss and try to get a pic with one hand


Add the bit of leftover cream you forgot about in the fridge


Get that skin nice and crispy in an almost dry pan then baste with butter
