    I did a deboned Leg of Lamb in my new cooking vessel.

    This was the best ever.

    ...the shakedown cruise went well and had a nice time with Swambo on the lake, but the boat trailer had other ideas on the way home with the main leaf spring failing just minutes from home

    Limped it back after bending the fender back into some sort of un-natural shape that wouldn’t cut into the tire anymore...

    ...so out for some fiendishly indifferent take-away cheese pizza for us after all the excitement...

    Here it is. Can be used as normal braai or with the coals on the side for indirect heat like a Weber.

    (Please don't judge that frame. It was originally built almost 35years ago. No angle grinders in those days. Cutting torch and oil bath welder. )
