One of my favorite dishes. Since the pressure over my life has turned me into the fine individual I am today, I've decided that pressure in a cooker will be the cooking method of choice

Faga ma oxtail and olive oil in a pan and sear till nice and brown. Very hot pan!

Moer in pressure cooker. Fill with 750ml 2018 Robertson Merlot that you received as a gift when precuring your wife's Red CX5. Sommer use the empty whine bottle and fill it about halfway with water and add to the mix.

No red hot stuff today. I was a bit tired from last night's steenbras event (still deciding what to with it).
So today it was a quick indoors menu with Wednesdays tuna catch.
Soy sauce, peanut oil and lime marinade then sesame crusted. Working on a 'first in, first out' schedule so the steenbras will have to wait a bit.
Tuna chunks into a wrap with red onion, lettuce and some spicy mayo. Quick and easy and delicious.

Pieter you can do it all in the pressure cooker ,it has a Saute function, just dust ox tail in flour binds the collegen down the line, oil the pressure cooker pot and brown the oxtail,
    Saves on dishes
    Then carry on as normal,
I like your red wine recipe, never do oxtail without it..
Nice served with samp or gnocchi as something different

So after a few beers yesterday tried to take a pic of the end result, k...k pic, but chomped lekker.
I have come to realise why my parents were always mad with me for not rocking up for a planned dinner or lunch.

R350 for a tiny leg of lamb roast and then Baby swambo and possible "sperm donor" hope that does not offend? Do not rock up....

Any way chomped the "re-eated" food again as baby swambo calls it
