Halfway through add the slotted disting over the vortex.
Baby broccoli is tossed in melted garlic butter and placed in the slotted disting.

One of the reasons why I've decided against immigrating out of SA.

No steady supply of Miami Boerie Relish.

One of my absolute favorite treats. Take all the left overs from a fire prepared It Are Time. Slice up in small pieces and chuck into a very hot pan with little bit of olive oil. Just make the meat angry for a minute or two to get a dark color on the outside.

Serve with Boerie Relish heated in a small pot.

Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, babalas fixer, for special occasions, honeymoon, anniversary, as COVID19 immune booster, on toast, on your wife, sinusitis, brushing your teeth, hell - with about anything. Yet to find a situation where this is not lekker!
