Step 1: Fry the whole spices

Add the onions and fry till translucent.

Add the fine spices and fry until the bottom of the pot becomes sticky

Add the chopped tomatoes, garlic and chili and fry again till sticky

Add the meat and curry leaves (I used lamb shank). No liquids at this stage

Let it simmer

Grate the carrots, add dania, chilies and brown vinegar.

Mix, sambal done!

The pics, the instructions and process, thanks to all, it makes reading a cook book boring. Not that I follow one, a cook book I mean. Swambo is asking me to create food that I have shown her from all here.
