Know the feeling, wait till she gets to 15..16.. then decides she can take your well prepared aged steak, and fry it with eggs and chips, to share with our long term house keeper, who just had just told us she is retiring, Swambo and I had beans on toast,

First attempt at beercan burgers. Seasoned mince pressed with a can. Wrapped with bacon. Inside is lined with salami then a layer of cheese. Filling consists of fried onion and mushroom, spring onion, red pepper and habanero with more cheese inbetween. Finally more cheese on top. When done it will be topped with ChilliBoys' Dragonero Delight SauceClick image for larger version.

First up, something for mini SWAMBO and her brother.

Sweat some onions and garlic in the Kung-Fu pan.

Add the mussels and a bit of white wine. Cover it to steam a bit
Add some cream and allow to thicken

Now something healthy for the adults.

Chicken breasts with decent incisions made.
    The rest are:
    Soy sauce
    Fresh garlic
    Fresh ginger
    Fresh turmeric
    A diced chili
Add all the ingredients together with the chicken into a ziplock bag

Place in the fridge for at least an hour.
