A tasty lesson in humility but when life gives you lemons…..
7 hours of fishing and not a bite you eat your bait. Smoked a few in a makeshift smoker and test drove swambos new air fryer for the rest.
Bit of balsamic glaze, olive oil and crackers to go with it later.

This air fryer thing (which I nicknamed North Korea since it has no place in my life) was test driven today. So here I am sitting down to a plate of North Korean offerings.
My view thus far and just like it’s counter part…
It’s not all that appealing to the Y chromosome in me but I can see the nice parts about it.
Roasted tamatie, roasted green stuff, slightly drier than usual lamb sausage and some full fat butter and cream mash just to remind me that I’m still human.

Are you sure it isn't an air dryer?

Decided to test my heat tolerance levels? The steak has been soaking for 24hrs so Prego's for tonight. The "ring" levels in the morning is usually an indication.

    Cheers

Use fake light, to correct a phone that cannot focus, nor has a flash function, to show the ingredients chucked together, oh remember to show the round thing on fire...that should do the steak
