ADVICE ON Which tyre size and profile for my Kia Sorento

Hey!
Got a Sorento EX 2007 cdri 2.5


I'm between keeping the size:
A. standard 245/65r17
or
B: going higher profile to 245/70r17 not legal without engineer's report
or
C. get a 235/70r17 - increase in sidewall and legal equivalent of OE


The advantages of the standard size are cost and also not having to get an engineers report to homologate them for the MOT as they 3.45% bigger approx, and only up to 3% is permitted in Spain. The advantage of C is that it is an equivalent, still 'wide' and has more sidewall... and cheaper than the 245 profile...


I'd gain profile and a little height, and I'll be doing off road, but not extreme.


Do I choose A or B or C?

The choice would be the 245/70r17.
No need to change wheels.
245 is wider than 235 and therefore more footprint
70 is gives decent sidewall.
