Generally I would not put that load on top of any canopy and definitely not on top of a fibreglass canopy.
In principle, keep the heavy items as low as practical.
As said no kore than 100 kg at the back if not towing anything - otherwise much less.
I have broken the rear end of the chassis on the ISUZU before !!!! So I am not talking rubbish.
