Cadac make several different stoves, the one I would go for, and I have an earlier version that has lasted 20 years of tough overlanding, is the Deluxe stove, pictured below (it comes with two loose fry plates, one ribbed, one smooth):

Would you consider something like a Kelly Kettle for just making coffee? You can buy a full kit with pots etc but I don’t think it’s particularly good for cooking. For boiling water, it’s perfect. It’s not going to be as fast as a jet boil but it’s not slow and you can always find a few dry sticks or chop up a small piece of firewood for it.
I only used mine on a three week trip but it worked well for me. I would light it before starting to eat my cereal in the morning and it would boil before I was finished the bowl. It takes a little practice to get used to lighting it quickly but when you’re used to it, it works well.
One downside: the kettle has to be full when you boil it, so buy the most suitable size. Don’t buy the biggest and assume that you can half-full it if you want.

Thanks of the suggestion on the wood stove, Amazon in the states has for about a $100, and I think it would be better than the jetboil....
and that two burner Stove, that's the one for me I like those cooktops..
