I have taken some time now to study this issue on my catalogues , the only way to change this is to replace the complete control panel, the switches are not replaceable. It would cost +/- R40000.00 to replace both panels.
It is part of the radio display unit!

Your only option is to buy a replacement Toyota unit meant for an English market, like ZA, Oz, etc, which won't come cheap (but heck you bought a near 100,000usd car so this should not be a problem)
You seem to have the LC200 ZX for the Japanese domestic market. This is a bit like the VXR, but more equipped. In fact it's equipped like the top of the range LX570. (4-corner air suspension, 21 speaker audio, electric tailgate, electric 3rd row seats, etc..)
Your infotainment language is Japanese, but you can change it to English. Just use Google translate to scan the menus it's easy, but will always revert to Japanese with a battery change. The other thing you have to grapple with is the FM range, which stops at 90.0Mhz.
You probably just want to swap the entire unit for an English one and enjoy the beast.
