    To each his own.

With adequate reason I will dive 300 meters in a Newt suit, but it will have to be a wreck packed with gold at least

    Haha, yeah. Damn helium prices!

A rebreather will pay for itself pretty quickly, that'll be the next step.

I still think the greater Durban area is extremely underrated as a diving destination

Very much so. We've been actively working on looking for new sites in the ~30m range and every single one we've tried has been spectacular.

There's a hell of a lot to see on number 1.

    Agreed.

I dive a Hollis S25 LX for rec diving too. The trick is to get Sergio at Rob Allen to fit some pockets to your wetsuit.

The buoyancy, control and comfort you get from a wing negates everything else.

I can't see myself ever diving a flack jacket again.

    I relate!

    I'm going sidemount route though, 2 x new regs, 1 x new bc, 2 x new cylinders, 2 x new computers,
    2 x new torches...

    List is endless!

    Old stuff now for stages....

Had huge oceanic white tip shark with us on 5 m stop
If you look at all the name plates of deceased divers at the blue hole restaurant I would think very carefully lf deep and through arch

2 dives in, I'm more than happy!

Not the perfect set of regs for this kit, but it's what I had lying about. Upgrade will be one day.
