I'm sure it'll all come out in the wash during the week...I think the commission will want to get there speak in before Rassie does...

Citings extended to 24 hours and both Hogg and Otje have been mentioned in todays Gaurdian. Both deny any knowledge of the incidents

    3. In terms of a strict interpretation of the rules, Cheslin may have warranted a red card, but he was following the ball with his eyes all the time and I would not wanted a player red carded for that particular incident, even if it was one from the opposition.
    4. I don't think we have anyone who comes near Handre Pollard. Probably the one player in the team who would be very difficult to replace on a like for like basis.
Couldnít agree with you more, but Iíd really not like to see either teamís players cited. Weíve made mistakes, they have too - letís rather get the best teams on the field for a humdinger next Saturday.

Citings are done by the citing commisioner, that's if he feels there is anything.

Johan Goosen is a more than able replacement for Handre Pollard. Damian has to play 10, we have enough 15's.

    Biting, aikona, that's not on.

    Decent summary here - https://www.skysports.com/rugby-unio...nd-test-defeat

But .. . "The interesting thing is that Lions is a team that always gets better the more they play with each other."

I hope they donít play with each other!!

I think the Bols will benefit from playing more together and getting fitter. The Lions have had enough time together.

I think they are going to over think the 3rd test as they are extremely arrogant and cocky.

Even if they try play rugby against us our defence proved to be pretty good and nullified them.

They also like playing on the front foot, similar to ABís. Too much pressure and they get rattled. Boks are used to pressure play.

Boks by 3 in the final

1 definitely no try. It was clear. The ball dis not touch grass

2 the clip is clear. At first it was accidental but he then repositions and places his knee back on the throat. That was on purpose

3 they started with a red and the mitigating factor was that he kept his eye on the ball the whole time. I think if he jumped he wouldnít even have received a yellow

4 Goosen is Morneís replacement at the bulls and he is on fire. Will pick him miles ahead of Jantjies or Willemse

I would offer that modern rugby posters are more nuisance than in the old days.
Hi previous post "advising" us to go watch squidge rugby was also rather condescending.

If you would like to better educate yourself (no disrespect meant, I had this same argument with my father), and understand a lot of this behind the scenes new styles watch Squidge Rugby's excellent videos on youtube.

There is a lot of thought and tactics that go into a game which are not obvious when watching live.

Duane is a huge loss due to his excellent coordination on defense, but in the most part I think our keys players where just tired and did not get the luck. Any other day and we could have won by 20 points.

I still see us winning the series.

Have only watched Johan in the game against the Bok "A" team, which I don't think was at the level of the current tests. I wouldn't like to chuck him in the deep end for the 3rd test, but he may very well be a good pick to train up going forward.

Le Roux was disappointing the first two tests.

Would it hurt to try Jantjies at 15?

Elton? No way, he's not a 15. Fassi is there if needed.

For much of the World Cup I thought Willie was the weak link in the Bok team and couldn't understand why Rassie stuck with him. In the final Willie had a great game, I realized why Rassie had persevered. Fassi may well be the man to wear number 15 at some point in the future but I don't believe it is his time yet.

I see Vermeulen is joining the squad today.
