    Can I ask you out of pure ignorance and curiosity, are these rivets or actual bolts and what purpose does it serve? Pure aesthetics or does it have something to do with the structural integrity? Looks good though.

    Rat Roadsters (Rat Rod) usually have a flat, distressed paint job.
