Good morning

I am new here and with this new Dmax my impressions.

This is really a good looking bakkie with adequate engine output. Maybe still behind the VW (580 Nm) and Ford (475 Nm) output but on par or better what Toyota, Mitsubishi (+/- 430 Nm) offers.

The tech in the bakkie is great - just wonder how I survived all the years without it ?

Bear in mind they don't use the top of the range DMAX in this review, the top of the range model in Oz is now the X-terrain, here they use an LS-U.

The New hilux in the last video looks waay too similar to the Ford, that front grill is almost a carbon copy. But all of them are looking quite similar these days. 3 Great cars though, the top 3 competition is heating up.

True, also the 2022 / 2023 Ranger and Hilux will be new platforms as far as i know.

Very possible. But then, as a life-long Isuzu driver, I (and I suspect many others), could not be bothered. It will continue to sell steadily and be a trusty steed.
