    Default Radar Renegade RT+ Tyres

So I've been hunting for the most large and aggresive tyre possible for my Volvo's spare 18 inch tyres that I will be using for offroad.

Only problem is that the only tyres that come in that size are either very tame AT tyres or BF K02's which are very very expensive. That's when I found the RT tyre, made by Radar tyres.

Been struggling to find them as it seems they are in quite high demand! Luckily 4x4 revolution had 12 left in stock and so I grabbed a set asap,. The price on their website was more expensive than the actual price so make sure to call them for pricing rather; Rudi was very helpful and friendly and they sorted me out with the tyres the moment I arrived.

I will be testing and giving feedback on noise levels, grip, etc as my ownership of these tyres progresses and hopefully be able to help someone else in the future then decide on tyre choice. For me it was easy: the most aggresive tyre possible for an 18 inch wheel, and that is this. The Radar Renegade RT+

What's your reason for wanting an aggressive tread pattern?

I have seen where he drives with normal tyres with that fancy car!!! So I assume not only is it for looking wicked it will also make that softroader a bit more nasty off road!

    Absolutely looks the bee's knees!

Anyone out there with long term real world feedback on the RT+ tyres?

The earlier versions apparently had balancing issues, which apparently have been sorted on the RT+.

Any feedback on these tyres? I am needing to replace my Achilles Desert Hawk MT's. Struggling to find an affordable alternative given I am a farmer and do 1.5 sets of tyres a year! I've shown my local tyre dealer, he wants to know who the mother supplier/importers are, any ideas I can help him with so he can stock them for my bakkies?
