Im not a doctor so consult with your doctor.

But a friend of mine had very good results with Propesia(Finpecia) if you want to grow the hair back.

As for me, I have been using a razor since I was 23. I cant imagine myself with hair.

Wow, men ashamed of showing a bald spot? Jislaaik, is this the same as women ashamed of showing grey hair?

Just be warned of some of the side effects:

    • breast enlargement and tenderness
    • Decreased interest in sexual intercourse
    • inability to have or keep an erection
    • loss in sexual ability, desire, drive, or performance

So basically you must choose between being a horny baldy or a hairy non-binary gender.

I use the Schick Quattro Titanium Razors. It has thin metal strips across the blades that prevent cutting your head when shaving (asnd you do not have to be as careful when as when using other blades. Works a charm. I also check for women's version when on sale as well.

Hectic, so basically the day your Doc hands you the prescription for this you hand him your man card.

I cut my own hair, not quite bold yet.

I recently bought a babyliss for men cordless clipper from Clicks, it has only 2 combs, 1 for hair and 1 for beard but it can adjust up to a 25 setting which would be a 5 comb. Quite impressed. R 440

I went bold at 30 .... the rechargeable clicks jobbies don't last. Blades are better.

An electric like braun, might not get to all the nooks and cranny's if your head is wrinkled or shaped unusual. Or unless you have 10min to stand around and get to all the spots.

I go to the "indian barbers" twice a week, they shave a much closer shave then you'll ever manage with a blade. Only reason I go twice, is because my nails and hair, the ones i have left, grow at a rate of knots), I think it must be from all the vitamins / collagen etc I take daily.

With that said, my head is big (like in physically), and round like a ball, I just could not be bothered to do it myself anymore, hence the "indians"

R120 (60 a pop) a week, R480 a month, I sit and chill and they shave. Compared to my R250 a month blades I use to buy, and a R6000 braun, it's worth it for me.Maybe try it? I only shave my own head on holidays and obviously when it was lock down. You might only need to shave once a week, seeing they have a very close shave. That's like two years worth of shaving compared to a 6k braun

Tip - for after shaving, use an Alum stone. It's from India. It helps for ingrown hairs and if cut, it stops the bleeding immediately. Dont ask me how, but it does. It actually has many uses if you read up on it. Use it on your head and face, it literally changed my life, I suffered from ingrown hairs on my head and neck. In Indian culture it's called a phitkarie I think. Below is a link from where I get it, not sure if you can source it where you are??
