    Default Continuous AF , is it nescessary

    Just trying to see if this function is really necessary. I turned mine off and i dont really
    see any difference, maybe battery lasts a bit longer..
    Any opinions on it. ?

    It's useful when your subjects move around, like kids at a birthday party, birds in flight etc.

    For landscapes not neccesary.

    If you want to take pictures of moving objects/animals, you MUST use continuous AF.
    1996 Patrol 4.2SGL with lots of stuff to make it heavier and thus increase traction?

    Also helps if your focus eye sight is not so good anymore. Manual focus you adjust the shot according to your eye and result in out of focus close up pics.
