Default Change 250 dteq to auto

    Bit of a story.

Had a guy approach me and offer to sand and paint the palisades around the house. Free of charge. He just wants to hang a sign to advertise that he can do these kinds of things. (Rented house)

Now the zinger. Today 3 years ago he had a stroke and his left side is disabled. So he intends to do it with 1 hand. He has already sanded down some with a pneumatic sander.

This guy has a 250 4x2 dteq that is manual and thus can't use it.

I am doing some homework now to see if I can find the spares to convert this car to auto.

I suggest you speak to Sakkie who may be able to give some advice. Thatís all I can think of. Good luck with the build, if it ever gets to that

Auto would be forts prize, but an easier conversion is to add a button to the gear lever that activates the clutch.
